Braithwaite Group were appointed by a private developer, to restore a Grade 2 Star listed building into 15 luxury apartments in the heart of Liverpool city centre.

The scheme took 34 weeks from commencement onsite to completion.

The works carried out were the following:

  • Full internal strip out and demolition of load bearing walls
  • Installation of structural steel
  • Full new mechanical and electrical installation
  • Full new MF ceiling throughout
  • Full new partition walls
  • Full new flooring throughout
  • Full new decoration throughout
  • Tiling works package
  • Full joinery package
  • New bathrooms installed
  • New lift installed
  • Full intercom system installed
  • Full external decoration and stone repairs

The project was delivered on time and within budget.
