Braithwaite Group were appointed by a private developer, to restore a former office building within a conservation area into 10 luxury apartments in the heart of Liverpool city centre.

The scheme took 23 weeks from commencement onsite to completion.

The works carried out were the following:

  • Full internal strip out and demolition of load bearing walls
  • Installation of structural steel
  • Full new mechanical and electrical installation
  • Full new MF ceiling throughout
  • Full new partition walls
  • Full new flooring throughout
  • Full new decoration throughout
  • Tiling works package
  • Full joinery package
  • New bathrooms installed
  • New lift installed
  • Full intercom system installed
  • Full external decoration and stone repairs

The project was delivered on time and within budget.
