Mega Shed, Cumbernauld

Braithwaite Group were the appointed main contractors to deliver a regional distribution centre for Farmfoods Ltd.

The project consisted of creating a new 240,000 sq ft warehouse to house one of the largest freezers within the country along with an ambient storage facility of over 130,000 sq ft. The scheme also consisted of Grade A office space for their headquarters.

The project was Braithwaite Group’s largest delivered contract to date with a contract sum in excess of £20 million GBP.

The project was completed within 52 weeks, on time and within budget.
