Home and Bargains, Belle Vale

Braithwaite Group were appointed by Home and Bargains to deliver a new build 29,000 sq ft retail supermarket in Belle Vale, Liverpool.

The scheme was a fantastic transformation which used to be a pub and public gardens and included the largest private 278 works within Liverpool during 2022.

The full works include 25 week programme and was delivered on time, even included the 278 package which was delivered by Braithwaite Group.

The works carried out were;

  • New hard and soft landscaping to all external areas

The project received fantastic feedback from the client, the local community and local press.

The project was delivered on time and within budget.
