St Hughs House, 5th Floor

Braithwaite Group completed the refurbishment of the 5th floor for St. Hughs House.

The project expanded multiple times resulting in Braithwaite carrying out work out across 3 floors at the same time.

The refurbishment across 3 floors has resulted in a huge success with a large number of new lettings.

This works were carried out as a design and build project with a lot of alterations required to work with the current building layout. Braithwaite Group carried out the full demolition package and full fit out package including M&E.

This original project was delivered on time and within budget, extended works were negotiated and delivered to the clients delight on the same hand over as the original project.
