Braithwaite Group were appointed to carry out a new Category A and B workspace within the Cotton Exchange Building in Liverpool.

Braithwaite Group were appointed by tendering procurement.

The works carried out were the following:

  • Full strip out to exposed original features
  • Installation of new metal work features
  • New heating system installed
  • New electrics throughout
  • New decoration throughout
  • New restoration of timber floor
  • Alterations to all windows

The project was received with huge delight from Acuta.
